Hello, I have been processing data with two channels (tdT and GCaMP6s) and recently noticed substantial bleed through from the green into the red. Today I realized suite2p has some bleedthrough corrections, but was not able to utilize it because it seems the 'Y' option is missing when loading up such a file. I have the following questions:

  1. How do I enable this viewing option?
  2. Even if the corrected chan2 image is not available, does the chan2_prob account for the bleedthrough?
  3. Are there options on how this bleed through is calculated? I saw a post from last year that mentioned cellpose would change something about the bleedthrough calculation.

I have switched to using cellpose for redcell detection (if it's installed). by default it doesn't use a bleedthrough correction, would you like that as an option?

Yes that would be quite helpful! Dealing with a lot of bleed through from my green channel into red.
