[BUG]can't save mask file
Describe the bug After annotating the image using CellPose2 version, I clicked to save mask as PNG/tif, but the image was not saved
Perhaps I am not familiar with the principle of saving mask files in CellPose2
The file is saved in whatever folder the original image is loaded from. Do you get an error message in the command window?
No, no images were added to the original folder, and the Windows command window did not display any error messages
@Lu-Ying04 do you have GPU in your workstation? I saw that you checked the box of GPU to run the cpsam model
@Lu-Ying04 do you have GPU in your workstation? I saw that you checked the box of GPU to run the cpsam model
Yes,I have an NVIDIA 5060 GPU laptop
@Lu-Ying04 I've not been able to reproduce this bug. Can you make sure that you're not using a folder that is linked to a file backup like OneDrive to make sure that the folder and image is locally accessible?
Some other users were not able to save images if the filename contained non-ascii characters, you can try to renaming/moving the image if that is the case.
@mrariden OK,Thank you, I have resolved this bug after changing the folder path
@Lu-Ying04 Good to hear, can you pinpoint if it was something related to character type in the path? Or maybe some kind of restricted folder?
Just trying to collect information to help the next person
@mrariden I tried to save the mask file in an all English directory, and the result was successful. It seems to be a character type issue
