HELP: OSError : [Errno 28] No space left on device

Hi!

I'm experiencing a strange error that happen to us on two computers. The kilosort4 halts and gives warning saying:

OSError : [Errno 28] No space left on device

However, either destination disk or disk C have space much more than enough (in TBs, vs ~20-30 gbs of binary file). I wonder if this is a systematic issue or if I'm doing something wrong. I have one of the log attached

It looks like this is happening when KS4 tries to allocate space for the new file when saving the preprocessed data. That file will be the same size as your data file since you're using int16 data, and I don't see any reason why this would result in that error unless there is, in fact, not enough space on the disk. So, please start by double checking that you're saving to the intended destination. This is the folder it's attempting to save in, according to the log: 'Y:/Users/Tinghan/ClickletsEphys/RAW/W5559/2/W5559_2_g0/W5559_2_g0_imec0/kilosort4'
