Waveforms not aligned in time
I am running kilosort2 on a 32 channel recording, with widely spaced electrodes. I am running into an issue where waveforms are not aligned in time within the sampling window, so they are oversplit and can't be merged appropriately. Attached is an example.
This is also happening with spikes that are not identified as separate units. I am using spikeinterface and tried both their CMR and kilosort's - everything else is default settings.
While not the core issue, those look more like electrical artifacts than spikes IMO
