Foliage hitboxes are not currently sent to the navmesh

Mentioned by Discord:Numisi#9540 https://discord.com/channels/379297529235243020/709120976150855710/796688507270987776 Causing AI to ignore foliage, running into it, instead of pathing around it.

Setting seeds by "Set Generator Parameter" is broken

Users are supposed to use the "Set Generator Parameter" to set seeds now, but passing an integer (The intended object type) doesn't allow use of said seed. This should work:...

"Disable On Screen Messages" doesn't disable all on screen messages
