I managed to reproduce the issue. Will see what I can do with it. Seems to affect precisely c0.0.13a_03 to in-20091223-1459, then in-20100131-2244 to a1.0.1

Could you share the required natives so I could add support for them?
This are natives for lwjgl3, not 2. They won't work with legacy Minecraft.
Your screenshot link doesn't work, but what you described sounds like a bug with Intel graphics. Downgrade your graphics driver to a version from October 2021 or earlier.
You should update your Java to the latest Java 8 build.
The launcher is not meant to open any browser. You have to do it yourself
The launcher does it the same as MultiMC.
