I've done a significant update to the ADR following all your feedback. I appreciate all your patience and feedback with this, as I've never had written an ADR before :)....

I've added a new heading for Performance within the Decision Drivers, move the file sizing to within the options section and added proper linking to author and participants.

As per @aerinsol suggestion, I'm reverting the implementation changes here so that this PR can be merged with only the ADR, and opening a new PR with the actual implementation.

Implementation has been moved to [this branch](https://github.com/boxwise/boxtribute/tree/qr-replacement-implementation), so now this branch only has the ADR document. I've reset the review requests, and once this branch is merged, I will open...
