Keyboard Manager does not remap Copilot key

While having the same problem, I wrote a little python script to remap the inputs of the f23/copilot key to the ctrl key: [F23-Key-To-Ctrl](https://github.com/ModEraNoah/F23-Key-To-Ctrl)

Mapping Copilot key (win + shift + F23) -> CTRL: almost impossible to use Copilot in hotkeys as CTRL key - need "Remap a KEY" for Copilot
