This feature would be useful for me as well, I need a certain priority to make one of the resourcepacks work. I've just been struggling with that too.
Yeah, but i want sometimes to update "external" resourcepacks separately from our own resoucepack, so i don't want to merge it all the time into one resourcepack when I want...
