对于执行失败的脚本执行、文件下发、作业执行等任务，目前JOB提供了前端重试的按钮。但目前暂无通过job_instance_id重做任务的接口，在大量任务失败的场景下需要手工逐个点击重做，不便于使用。希望能够支持通过API直接重做作业。
