The way I calculate it [over in SBT](https://github.com/MisterCheezeCake/SkyblockTweaks/blob/4e8834f0fbb2feaebeff7676d863de42323784b0/src/main/java/wtf/cheeze/sbt/utils/SkyBlockData.java#L41) is `player.getMovementSpeed() * 1000` (and dividing that by 1.3 if sprinting), in my tests, that always seems to give the accurate Skyblock...
