Thanks for pointing that out! This is actually what prevents me from using this plugin... All my form is created dynamically so it is quite inconvenient. FYI, the original version...
On our side we were using TinyMCE tooltip on annotation in the editor content. I think adding tooltip to annotation is a very useful use case.
