[Suggestion] Add to JetPlate the same abilities/upgrades, that Dark Steel Chestplate has.

If I understand logic correctly, Empowered I-IV has the same protection of that of Diamond Chestplate (4 chestplates) while Jetplates have 6 chestplates (seeing the difference?). The real problem with...
