通用回调功能

例如刷新以下资料库前，创建的外部接口功能。 Emby Jellyfin Plex 目前因为采用了alist，alist默认会存在缓存否则容易频繁刷新阿里云盘导致接口滥用。因此未刷新alist情况下，Emby，Jellyfin，Plex读取到的都是缓存，即视频未入库，这些媒体服务无法刷新获取到。相当于废弃了这个功能。请添加alist的刷新或增加回调功能 回调时需要必要的parentFileId或者完整的储存路径。

支持自定义通知图标

目前安卓是否限制了自定义通知的图标？如未限制可以尝试提供url修改图标，类似bark。且自定义通知音等~
