Not all items supportted in .NET Framework 2.0 Resolve

This program works on Windows XP with .NET 2.0 installed. The Visual Studio files are on my repository at [https://github.com/Mileter/EncryptionGUIwWindowsForms](https://github.com/Mileter/EncryptionGUIwWindowsForms). It uses .NET 2.0, and I want to backport it.
