Folders are opened in Windows Explorer despite having Total Commander set as default shell

I did steps from this link: [](https://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php/Explorer_integration) to make sure that Total Commander will be used by any app to open paths but Hain ignores those settings and keep opening...
