Refactor: GGUF my Repo tool on HF needs its scripts updated with the new naming scheme

Looks like all of the AutoQuant, Autogguf, etc notebooks on colab are broken too :(

Please provide a docker-compose file that can use the provided dockerfile

I tested with 3.10 and I'm still getting this error. The HF model page says it needs "Mistral3ForConditionalGeneration" and mistral-common >= 1.6.2. I'm not a coder but I tried updating...
