Will there be any guidance on retries for Cosmos DB triggered functions before the October 2022 deadline when retry policy support will be removed? Cosmos DB is currently the outlier...

Add native Apple Silicon support (native darwin_arm64 binary)

It looks like 1.28.1 is not yet using an ARM64 version of azcopy, so it will fail to work properly unless Rosetta is installed.
