@warren-bank Yep, that seems to be the case. When I use a US-based VPN server I don't get the captcha. I'm in Brazil; free VPN access through servers based here...

Failed for me on Windows 10 Build 1909, running PowerShell as admin. Same error but I didn't get any devices listed.
