Just got an update on my Samsung tablet (SM-X700, Android 12, OneUI 4.1.1, build SP2A.220305.013.X700XXU2AVH4) and `/sys/class/kgsl/kgsl-3d0/perfcounter` is now writable by shell group! Device validation now passes after enabling counters...
