As `morcant` wrote, in Makefile replace `PARAMS_NEON` with this line: `PARAMS_NEON = -mcpu=cortex-a53 -march=armv8-a+crc+crypto -fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-loops -Wformat=0`

Also, find_if() seems to be C++-20, not 17, so I changed the version in CMake.

I have the same problem: I have English Windows 10, but the installer insists on running in German. Will running a VPN help?
