Can't use scatter plugin with local chain

Having the same problem

Just got around to trying it again with the latest cli version 2.37.0 and it still results in the same error `Could not resolve hostname (Could not resolve host: sentry.io)`...

Yes, occurs on every run and not running in rootless docker
