Fullscreen redirection has been fixed in mutter: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=788493. I've tested the fix successful on Arch + Gnome 3.26 + Nvidia Blob. EDIT: This also fixes the fullscreen issue after ALT+TAB...
