Maybe a bug of upstream marked?
Accroding to CommonMark spec, we should escape the `()` in the link target. But the sample `[link](foo\)\:)` by CommonMark doesn't seem to work in Moeditor (with the marked parser).

Confirmed this bug under Linux, but I don't know how to fix it. Seems that VIM can detect the encodings.
