It was in the docs but I need to check, I think I remember it didn't make it over after Octane. It should go with the rest of the ...attributes...

@mansona can you outline what the action steps are here? I think you're saying that we shouldn't have an index.html file but that doesn't seem feasible.

I think including it in the official documentation would mean that it's something we encourage- and it's definitely a hack. Maybe we can find someone to write a blog post...

I believe this provides sufficient clarification:  If any further changes are requested, I strongly suggest we engage in A/B testing before making any decisions.
