No i keep the screen on and within the app and this only happens with webtoons not mangas.

 This is what i mean, I believe it's not possible for that to be done with photos saved to photos app but it may be possible with the shared...

Or adding these photos to a folder in Aidoku Folder in File App if it's not possible to do that in share sheet.
