those servers are not modded right? all of them do this or only some?

Your issue is different, it is an incompatability with optifine

on 1.19+ you need framework intalled

I am pretty sure support depends on your operating system

Currently no fixes exist, you need to remove optifine and maybe use rubidium but it is not necessary of course
