Yes but It's a little tricky. Greater than 1.0 will be brighter smaller than that will be darker. If you want to change ALL light source color, change shaders>glsl>terrain.fs(line160) "vec3(1.0,0.65,0.3);"...

Duplicate of #7 it's a Realms' problem and I can't solve it. As a workaround, you can take effects in Realms by applying it from the "Global Resources" setting.

this is a bug due to 1.16 update. I already fixed this bug. please wait until release of 5.1 or use raw code from GitHub

That's intended behavior. Use texture packs if you don't want to.
