We are running into this issue too on our CI where we use BUNDLE_GEMFILE for matrix testing e.g. against different rails versions.

This is one of the features which makes us rely on sidekiq currently. I would also like to see this being implemented in solidqueue.

And a week later ``` ruby Chronic.parse('sunday last week') ``` returns nil.
