Seems like you hardly modified logs, they are not suitable to produce any valid output. That is mintty. 
I've also noted that there are no ConEmu's special ANSI sequences about console size. Are you sure you are using actual ConEmu and connector?
Do you have crash dumps of the problem?
"Color/inverse" option is implied when cursor size is greater or equal to 40% of the cell. By design.
