Could you show the screenshot of the Settings/Info page? I'm interested in performance counters when you observe the lags.
Why do you spawn cmd.exe outside of ConEmu? It would be much better to get it in new tab inside ConEmu window.
Why do you use ConEmu? Is suppose to get proper terminal, don't you? Than, why do you run new cmd.exe in legacy console window instead of ConEmu?
Did you disable "Multiple consoles in one ConEmu window"? If so, `Win+X` shall open new window, if it opens new tab - it's a bug.
