@hannespetur with this little change one doesn't remove (intrachromosomal) INV calls from Manta (raw from v1.4.0 or [processed](https://github.com/Illumina/manta/blob/27ba65e788572abb2b3d8afcb6aea1f5e8e98ae6/src/python/libexec/convertInversion.py) from > v1.5.0) during merging.
