DJV cant cache Video playback like mov/mp4

With v2.0.8 I tried quicktime animation, quicktime prores and even h264 mp4 All cant be memory cache for playback like sequence exr I tried with the same file in djv...

Quicktime Animation run OK in djv 1.1.0 but not in 2.0.8

After Effect's quicktime animation codec movie was playback ok in version 1.1.0 but in 2.0.8 it just preview the thumbnail then no playback at all.

I used the install exe but somehow things not got installed so I have to manually installed it. I can figure out the scene converter folder's location but the other...
