Bug: Updating node policy from exchange when node is offline, node does not get the updates after it is online again after few hours

Hi we are looking into solutions for this issue now. In the mean time, if the new node policy does not include the built-in properties, this issue will not occur....

Bug: kube_operator/client.go should support newer operator-sdk scheme

@SanjeevKGupta the agent supports deploying a 1.x operator, just not one deployed with the olm mechanism

Kubeworker should ignore the non-yaml file in the operator.tar.gz

Also maybe add yaml validation to the cli to check before tarring the provided folder that everything in it is valid yaml
