XlsxWriter is not included in the dependencies and is not installed when the script is executed. Can I put it in a dependency?

By default, when saving to json, non-ascii characters are encoded in the format "\u0438". Can I add the option to save in utf-32mbr or utf-8 encoding without encoding.
