Having the same problem, it also happens with italicized text Obsidian 0.13.14 in Linux if that helps

Here's my [system information](https://gist.github.com/MavropaliasG/3e8b84b39d324cb7a5b8f155ed3ac7d8). The performance is really bad, just by moving the mouse slowly in that screen uses ~15% of my CPU. Playing video is out of the question....

I guess this happens in File mode only, and not command mode? However, would it be better if File mode created the day planner only when clicked on the sidebar?

I have the same problem. Don't know how to access the logs like @J450n-4-W, but I have configured the paths correctly, and I do also get the "Pandoc conversion failed"...

I am in the process of writing a book in English, and just thinking of translating to other languages should it be successful. But even if mine isn't, I bet...
