`selectOptions` selects by `innerHTML` not `innerText`

https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-elements.html#the-option-element I agree with this suggestion, following W3C guidance this should be `innerText` or potentially `textContext` (if we want to include hidden text).
