I wonder if there could be support for converting and pairing for [jmd](http://weavejl.mpastell.com/stable/usage/#Markdown-Format) and [Script](http://weavejl.mpastell.com/stable/usage/#Script-Format) format of Weave.jl. Note that the latter is also used in [Pweave](https://mpastell.com/pweave/pypublish.html) and [Knitr](https://yihui.org/knitr/demo/stitch/).

Not correctly activated after VSCode update

The extension is not correctly activated after vscode starts up. No key seems to work after it is activated. There is only the "NORMAL" indicator showing up at the bottom....

I use this extension everyday and it is wonderful. Just a little question: Is it possible to implement a block visual mode and assign a keybinding like ctrl-v in Vim?
