Do you have wkhtmltopdf executable in your project under ```/wwwroot/Rotativa/wkhtmltopdf.exe```, and have you configured Rotativa in Startup.cs?

This question is not related to Rotativa directly, ask this question on StackOverflow, but to answer your question, you have to make an HTML look alike pdf that contains textarea....
