I've just noticed that as a public user i cant download the data for a public property. Public users need to be able to download data from public properties
some projects have lots of properties that need to be viewable in the properties tab for example the Scottish water programme with 396 properties
Re-uploaded profiles don't seem to be matching the existing when the profile isn't changed.
the site loads and i can see programmes but i cant click on them to open them up
Should not show if value is null or false.
i came across this in the uploads tab, pending after 4 months!
