how do i download sensor data?

i came across this in the uploads tab, pending after 4 months! image

when i trigger a download with data it asked me to check back later but when i hit refresh i am taken back to the programmes table and scroll down to a previous tab in the same property. can we add a refresh button like in the upload CSV process to just refresh the download notification?
