lack of detailed info and pretrained model

I have created a [Jupyter notebook](https://github.com/MasoodK/Weakly_detector/blob/all-in-one_Caltech_JupyterNotebook/all-in-one_Caltech_JupyterNotebook/TensorFlow-ClassActivationMap-VGG-Caltech256-v1.0.ipynb) which contains the necessary codes and instructions. PS: I have sent a PR to have this notebook added to the main repo.
