Did you clone this using Git or did you download it by hand?

Do you care to copy and paste that line from the file? And maybe grab a few lines around it for context?

Looks like you're trying to run this with Python 2.7. You'll need to switch to Python 3 in order for this to work. You can find that here: https://www.python.org/downloads/

Did you run the commands from the README? Specifically the "pip install -r requirements.txt"? That should install all the modules you need

Try using the --user flag or using pip instead of pip3. Lemme know if that works or not.
