Could it be an option that only shows up when the "fields" tab is selected?
When you set a field on a non-existent tiddler, TW creates the tiddler for you automatically. It's one of 3 ways you can create new tiddlers.
I think using createTiddlers will cause many headaches. What I would do is have a checkbox like [ ] Show Non-existent tiddlers If checked, then TC would show those tiddlers...

The throttling thing made sense since I often have throttling times of 4 minutes or more. But in this case I still had the throttling at 400ms. The items never...
The problem wasn't finding the images. The hope was to be able to snap images alternately with snipped text and have them both accumulate in a tiddler. Thanks!
