There's no strict rule against updating select entity options during entity lifetime. The user experience may be lower though. Why do the options change?

The tests are doing actual requests to the Tibber servers, which sometimes respond with 500 errors. Would be good to mock out the requests.

If possible, try capturing driver debug logs showing the problem.
