The location of `configurations.py` has been changed in Commit 460a6ebf1c27359effc16c6fbc05cb08307a1a29, but was never changed in the readme.

This PR adds an interactive prompt that explicitly asks if an exploit should be overwritten if it already exists. If `--overwrite` gets specified, this prompt is not shown.
