### 异常行为： 1. 软件启动的时候，如果记忆上次没有启用系统代理，那么软件将把现有的代理设置给清除掉。 2. 在没有启用系统代理的情况下退出软件，系统代理也会被关闭。 ### 期望的行为： 1. 如果没有使用 ClashXW 作为系统代理，那么 ClashXW 不去修改现有系统代理设置，保持现状即可。
