Some devices from specific manufacturers need additional permissions, could you please recheck if that is what is causing this? I haven't seen too many of this and haven't been able...

The app works fine on my OnePlus 7t Pro. But I've seen some Mi devices needing an extra permission to allow the alarm to ring.
