Zoom with scroll wheel without ctrl

Please add this feature, almost all new software has it that way, it's so convenient. As a CAD user i'm frustrated by panning with scroll) If you can make another checkbox to change MMB click from panning with arrow to standart panning, it will be perfect and lot of desperate CADheads say their thanks to you
