Problem with activation and pdf annotation

Congratulations on Markmind! Excellent work!

I was interested in the .pdf annotation feature of MArkmindI bought the $12 licence.

I have Obsidian 1.6; running on Mac (latest Os)

I downloaed the app (.dmg)

I have entered the activation code both on the app and on the plug-in in the Obsidian. It still comes as 'Basic'

I would appreciate your guidance to get the paid features.

if you want to use pdf annotation , you should use obsidian 1.4 version or you can use the markmind ,the reason is https://github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-api/issues/142

how to use pdf annotation

• open support pdf annotation in markmind settings tab

• open support protocol in markmind setting tab

• put pdfjs to .obsidian folder in your vault , download pdfjs

• use [[]] to reference a pdf in your vault

• click pdf link , you can open a pdf tab

I bough a licence for $12.

I presume this licence would not work on Obsidian 1.6 (the current version) 2. i downloaded Markmind.dmg and installed. Would the code I bought for $12 work with this?

I have spent considerable time already on markmind installation

Dear Mark, Now that I have paid teh additional $12, it appear sto be working.

However, I cannot seen the the 'link' feature (to link two elements in the mindmap) or centre feature, which I saw on a YouTube tutorial. Have these features been depreciated in the app version?

Dear Mark, I have figured out most of the functions of MaarkMind and very impressed wit them.

The only snag I have is with backlink to the .pdf. When I click on the annotation I have created, it opens up a bland note; the suffix of name of this newly generated note is '-annoate'.

How do I get to jump to the place on where I had made the annotation on the .pdf.

how to use pdf annotator?

• open support protocol in settings

• use [[ ]] to referencing a PDF , then click the pdf link , markmind will open a pdf tab

• 

• then you can make pdf annotate

• 

• or you can create a pdf annotate md by add yaml in a new md
